Today I installed extrusion angle on spar cap and used a shim for proper placement. when set I clamped it to spar cap and back drilled through original holes and through extrusion angle. I need to bring my air drill from work. My cordless is way to heavy for this repeated drillings. Tried a new trick for the removal of the lower rivets on the spar but had little luck. Will still have to drill those out.
NOTE: I have been working on this more than what I have been journaling, I have failed to log all my hours as it seems that I am forever fighting these stinking rivets. But on the possitive side.... they are doing exactly what I want them to do! They are NOT coming out!
