The engine cowl under the radiator sags a bit and allows a large gap under the radiator. Approx 3/4'. So I fabricated a dense foam filler from foam stock not used for the rudder installation. Fit cowl several times to check fit and trimmed as necessary. And bonded to cowl with Hysol epoxy. Will cover with a couple layers of fiberglass once cured. To stiffen this area up.
