Brief Description: Cockpit throttle mount fab and install.
To give my self some room in the avionics stack. I decided to install the just below the panel instead of in it. So I have to fabricate a bracket to hang below the panel and mount the throttle. So I fabricated a throttle mount from some aluminum angle stock. I drilled up the hole for the throttle in it. Then cut out the shape with the bandsaw. Then smoothed and deburred all edges. Clamped it in place on the panel and drilled up four #20 rivet holes. Disassembled and deburred holes. Then riveted it to the panel with 5/32 rivets.
