Brief Description: AOA flap position micro switch installation.
Took some planning, but I finally found a suitable location for the AOA flap microswitch. So I fabricated a small mounting plate from 6061 T6 aluminum stock. Layed out mounting holes and drilled up. Deburred all parts. Then sub assembled the mircroswitch onto the plate. And riveted the assembly to the fuselage structure with stainless steel pull rivets. Completed the wire hookup for the switch. And reinstalled pushrods removed to facilitate installation. Then performed a functional test of the AOA flap switch. Checked out good. Reinstalled seat pan, floorboards, and center console side panels.
