I fabricated a backing plate for the static port. Then drilled the assembly up, countersunk, deburred, and riveted it together. Then I bonded it in place in the tail with PolyTack. After allowing the adhesive to set, I routed the static and pitots line to the AHRS. And also hooked up the AOA to the static and pitot.
