I purchased a set of formed plexiglass landing light lenses for the wingtips from Blue Sky Aviation. I began with the L/H wing tip. And layed out the area to trim. Then removed the wingtip and trimmed it on the bandsaw. I then carefully marked and trimmed the plexiglass to fit the wingtip fairing. And deburred all edges to avoid cracking the plexiglass.
