Drilled up screw holes in aluminum wingtip attachment strips. Then drilled up nutplate rivet holes. Countersunk holes for solid rivets. And installed nutplates to attachment strip. Then installed attachment strips to L/H outboard wing rib with Hysol and pull rivets. Installed wingtip and bonded trailing edge together with Hysol. And clamped to a straight edge to keep the trailing edge aligned.
