Brief Description: AOA wing pressure port installation.
Chose a suitable location for AOA pressure ports on the R/H wing. Since the wing skin is fabric, I will have to fabricate a couple of 1" wide mounts between the false ribs. Marked locations on false ribs for pressure ports. Then used the Dremel tool and a hand file to cut notches in the false ribs to allow the mount plates to sit flush with the wing profile. Then drilled up pressure ports on the mounting plates. Countersunk screw holes. And sub assembled pressure ports onto plates with sealant. Then installed sub assembled mounts with Hysol in place between false ribs.
