Cut two pieces of hinge material into six sections and deburred ends. Located and drilled up 9 hole for each hinge. Then deburred holes. Located three hinges to each tab. And drilled up #30 rivet holes into trim tabs from pilots previously drilled in hinges. Also drilled up three evenly spaced #40 holes between the hinges. Then disassembled, deburred, and riveted parts together. With trim tabs now assembled, I fit each of the tabs in place on the elevator. And drilled up the rivet hole to attach tab assembly to elevator. Final installation of trim tabs will be completed after elevator has been covered in fabric and painted.
