Cut aluminum strips to length to attach R/H wingtip. And clamped strips into place and drilled up #30 rivet holes. Then layed out and trimmed upper edge of fairing. Temp fastened to wing and layed out trim line for lower surface. Removed fairing and trimmed lower surface. Continued to check fit and trim as required for proper fit up. Once satisfied, I drilled up the holes common to the fairing. Marked the trim line for the trailing edge and removed fairing for trimming. Trimmed off excess trailing edge material and deburred holes.
