Brief Description:  Fuel tank installation L/H.

On this one I deviated from the plans. The plans call out just using shims in three or four locations to fit the rib capstrip under the fuel tank, I decided to install a full length section of wood rib. Since the lower surface of the airfoil has a very defined concave profile. So I used a 3/8" squared wood stock. Traced out the profile of the lower wing ribs onto the wood stock and trimmed it out on the bandsaw. I then measured the gap between the rib capstrip and the fuel tank. Marking it down every two inches on the L/H fuel tank. I then transferred the measurements to the section of rib stock. Then trimmed to the proper profile. Using a micrometer as I sanded down the final profile. I then bonded the rib to the capstrip and used plenty of clamps to maintain profile. I will allow the epoxy to fully cure prior to installing on fuel tanks.
