Brief Description: Flaperon end rib and tip installation.
Fit end ribs into place on the inboard ends of the flaperons. With ribs in place, I marked out 10 rivet holes per rib. Then drilled up #40 rivet holes, disassembled, and deburred parts. Prepared parts for adhesive bonding. And riveted ribs in place with pop rivets any Hysol. Then cut foam blocks to shape and installed in outboard ends of flaperons. Will sand foam blocks to shape after cure of Hysol.
