Honed out the inside of the inboard rudder pedal tube to fit bushings. Also had to hand sand the outside of the inboard torque tube. Checking fit until all parts fit together smoothly. Then applied grease to the bushing and tube prior to reassembly. Next the outer rudder pedal tube was put in place and drilled up. Then riveted to the inboard torque tube. Finished up by installing rudder pedal foot pedals.
