Cut polycarbonate sheet to rough shape for windows. Fit R/H window to door frame and marked for final trimming. Trimmed window with sheet metal snips. Fit window on door frame with masking tape. Layed out locations for fastener holes. And drilled up holes. Clecoing each one as I progressed. Then countersunk holes in polycarbonate.
