Installed and torqued prop. Ran Engine for about 40 minutes. Set final idle at 950 RPM. Mounted oil breather tube. Cleaned up wiring under cowl. Drilled rudder for safety pins. Checked operation of comm radio. Mounted ELT. Install control rods in wings.
