Brief Description: Canopy frame alignment--missed it by _that_ much.
A lot of time spent for small progress. Bent the sliding canopy frame with increasingly enhanced methods of persuasion to get the square rails to rest on a flat bench top without tilting. Need to trim the front tubes by 5/32" so the top of the frame is 3/8" above the roll bar. The front of the frame is 1/2" less than it needs to span between the side rails perfectly. Per the manual, the canopy's tension will open up the frame this much. But when I stretch the frame onto the roller assemblies, the square rails of the frame are not parallel with the sides. Aaaargh, more thinking what adjustments are needed to get this thing into shape!
