Made more eccentric washers...because of dropping and losing the first two! Made the spacers for the roll bar, and cut out half-circles in the underfolded edge of the canopy deck so I could get a socket on the rear bolts' nuts. Touched up the dings on the canopy deck with Rusto dark machine gray and installed the canopy bow.
Used a scrap of 032 Al to stand in for the top fwd fuse skin to fit up the canopy bow brace. Clamped the brace in place, drilled pilot holes then upped them and reamed to final size. Removed excess material from the fwd end of the brace, smoothed the metal and touched up win Van's powder coating touch-up paint. Put the brace in place with gold clecos and bolts snugged up hand tight.
