This is near the start of installing baffles on the engine. I'm using Van's baffle kit, and the stock Niagara cooler that comes with, mounted on the rear baffle. One must cut out the rectangular hole for the cooler. Here, I'm clearing out most of the material with hole saws on the drill press. The baffle was clecoed to piece of scrap MDF. Two C-clamps clamped the baffle AND MDF to the table.
Taking no stupid chances after the flap cover switch incident!

Four holes done. Next, nibble, file, and smooth to the line.
