Brief Description: Riveting; painting interior & other parts
Riveted the panel brackets to the canopy deck pcs. Dimpled holes by hand that I couldn't reach with the C-frame on the top fwd fuselage ribs and subpanels. Dimpled the holes that the air vent bracket rivets to on the side skins. Turned a rivet gun insert for the male dimple for the bottom two holes, each side. Used the modified c-clamp for the small holes on the aft canopy deck.
Scuffed the fuselage structures that will "show" in the interior that hadn't yet been primed or painted. Vacuumed up the swarf in the bottom, primed and sprayed with rustoleum.
Smoothed edges of F-904 channels, gear weldment covers, and fuel line cover/heater diffuser. Scuffed, primed, painted all but the fuel line cover.
