Brief Description: Baggage comp blkhds/brake pedal, cyl fit up
Prepared (fluted) baggage compartment blkhd F-724 and the crossing stiffeners F-722: clecoed and match-drilled them to the F-970 skins. Clecoed/drilled the aft baggage inner wall skins F-750 to them as well. Removed the parts and deburred, smoothed edges, and dimpled. Will only prime faying sfcs for these parts as they are all Alclad. Match-drilled F-757-S to the canopy deck and longerons. Took rudder bars out of the fuse and fit the brake cylinders and pedals. Bolted everything up, checked operation.
NOTE: Cotter pins not installed on the brake hardware at this time. Need to disassemble, paint pedals, clean the shop grime off the rudder bars & touch up it's powder coating. Will then install the cotter pins for good.
