Brief Description:  Fuse flipped, on cradle right side up!

With Karl and his friends Chase and Stone, rolled the canoe. We put a ~1" dia solid curtain rod thru the spar channel first. Two guys at each end of the rod; two guys at each external step. Lifted and carried fuse out of garage into the driveway. The guys on the steps "walked" the fuse up to vertical, pivoting on the curtain rod. Set the fuse on the f/w end (briefly), as I had seen during the Vans factory tour where QB fuse's were staged. Once on the other side of the fuse, the tip continued until fuse was again horizontal, right-side up. Moved the fuse over to the cradle, set it down, and clamped the main and rear spars to the cross members of the cradle. Trundled it into the garage. Shazzam, one flipped canoe. [Images 1 and 2.]

Fabricated a post at the rear to support the trail cone. [Image 3.]

Fit the aft (empennage) deck and clecoed. Clecoed the after top skins and began to figure out how to fit the F-6111 aux ribs.
