Brief Description: Aft fuse skins; aux rib and J-stringer repair
Deburred and dimpled aft fuse top skins. Made repair to skin auxiliary rib F-6111-R. Drilled the hole that is common with F-706 blkhd in wrong place. Cut the flange off, fabricated a joggled strip of Alclad to take its place. Drilled two holes between the existing rivet holes to "keep" the strip in place. (Image 2) Repaired the top right J-stringer--too much J was cut off. Sistered a small section of J-stringer to the J-stringer with "rivet holes between rivets." (Image 3) Dimpled the repair pcs and the aux ribs and J-stringers. Dimpled the top arcs of the aft bulkheads that the top aft skins will be fastened to. Riveted the baggage area vertical stiffeners to the to longerons. Smoothed the edges of the aft top skin and clecoed (last time!) to the fuse.
