Brief Description: Fit F-706 and flap ribs to bottom skin

Fitted and drilled F-728, -729, -730 to F-706 with the parts affixed to the fuse bottom skin. Flange of F-728 that meets F-730 and F-706 was not bent correctly, making part too long and flange holes were out of position. Scratched head, consulted Vans Airforce forums, then bent the flange some more until everything fit and match drilled the holes. Clecoed F-707, 708, 710, to the bottom skin (and tail section skin for 710, 711, and 712) for grins. Added F-787 stiffener between the top of F-706 and F-707 so the latter bulkhead wouldn't sway so much. Made the F-707B angle clip but decided just to clamp in place because I think setting the overall distance along F-787 will require side and top skins.
