Bent the F-705K plates per plans. Pinched each side of the line with wood blocks top and bottom. One side clamped to bench, other side's clamps pulled dwn to effect the bend. On second piece, got much better result with the hand seamer to make the bend. Oh well...
Used Karl's shear on the F-634 seat belt belt anchors' flanges. After determining the max trim needed to avoid the F-705B rivet line, I made the same trim to each L- and R-hand flavored flange. Saves an extra bit of weight.
Match drilled all the pieces and deburred. Will set this, the third bulkhead I've worked on, aside. Parts for the firewall, center section, and F-705 blkhd need preping and priming before riveting.
