Brief Description:  Left flap TE, Start right flap

Replaced the pulled rivet in the left bottom skin-to-spar line. Buffed out damage around the hole and decided to go up to a CS4-4 rivet. A bit of shaving and fill will smooth it out.

Riveted the left flapTE. Didn't use Pro-Seal, just went carefully, spacing out nine rivets to start, then gradually filled in between, setting partially with the back-rivet set, then smashing from the other side w/mushroom set. Test mounted the flap on the left wing. The bearings (or the flap brackets) are just a teensy bit out of line, making bolt insertion difficult. Flap motion seems free--will consider an oversize bolt in the center mount?

Clecoed up and started to rivet the right flap. Ran out of MK-319-BS after the nose skins and spar/rib rivets were set.

Experimented with a CS4-4 rivet on the center rib, using rivet shaver to bring the head down to the surface. It works OK but it's a bear to shave the sst rivets. Ordered CCC-32 rivets from A/C Spruce--equivalent for MK-319-BS, per their catalog.
