Brief Description:  Left tank: Washers for z-bracket oversize bolts

The three images below show how I reamed out a boatload (42) of regular thickness washers to fit the 1/64 oversize bolts. It turned out 2 washers under each bolt head kept the thread from bottoming in the floating nutplates.

The washer was centered between two Al plates with 9/64" holes. This dia hole just acommodated the deburring bit. The plates "scissored" about a nut and bolt threaded up to a distance just a bit thinner than a washer. Vice grips held the sandwich together so the Washer could be reamed out to 0.204 (#6). The edges could them be touched up with the deburring bit.

Tedious, but it got the job done.
