Brief Description:  Left aileron

Deburred, dimpled TE of bottom skin, all of the top and nose skins. Smoothed the edges where the nose skin meets the top of bottom skins. (Outside edges can be smoothed later). Used vixen file, sandpaper, red scotch-brite--might take a little longer but I think it's easier the maneuvering thin 0.016 skin up to a scotch-brite wheel or chucking the wheel in a die grinder.

The machine csks in the nose ribs (also made of 0.040 Al) did leave a knife edge at the bottom. So a added 1/2" wide strips of 0.032 Al (made from scrap) to make a "sandwich" of the nose rib flanges.

Squoze the nose skin to nose rib to reinforcement strip rivets. Made a stand for the ailerons for bucking the skin to spar rivets.
