Made a jig for the disc sander to square off the bottom skin aileron stiffeners so the AEX wedge will be flush with the TE. A stiffener was clecoed to a small 1/2" MDF block, and a stop block screwed to the bottom controlled how much Al would be taken off the aft end. The MDF block slid along the miter gauge to keep everything square and under control.
After squaring the ends of all the bottom stiffeners, sanded and rounded off the rest of the edges then polished with Scotch-brite wheel in the drill press. Deburred the holes in the stiffeners and dimpled them. Deburred the holes in the skins, use a soldering iron to take off strips of the blue plastic, then dimpled the stiffener holes in the skins
