Finished the wing stand stanchions. Drilled the garage floor for 3/8" anchor bolts a set 'em up. (A new Bosch hammer drill made short work of that! Tried a regular drill with the masonry bit and it took forever to get just one hole done.)
Finished all the tank nutplates and started the K1000-06 inspection plate nutplates. This time I elected to csk for the rivets without a backing angle. Works fine. The bid csk must accept a dimple in 0.032 Alclad for a #6 screw. Turns out the #40 pilot csk bit will ride in the nutplate just fine, producing a smooth concentric csk.
