Removed right tank from LE. Csk the rear baffle attach rivet holes on the skin. Drilled out the temp rivets on the z-brackets. Drilled platenut holes on the z-brackets. Deburred all z-brack holes, csk the platenut rivet holes.
Fly cut the big hole on the inboard end rib. Drilled the cover plate to the rib, then temp screwed the reinforcement ring to these holes to match drill the platenut holes in the rib. Deburred holes around the big hole in the rib, dimpled the platenut holes. Csk the reinforce ring rings platenut holes, the rivet the rib-reinforcement ring-platenuts together.
Bent the vent tube to fit the tank. Made the flare at the end of the tube. Drilled holes for vent fitting and for the BNC connector for the cap. fuel gauge in the end rib. Drilled the mounting bracket and reinforcement plates to the nose of the inboard and outboard ribs. One of the reinforcement plates was cocked and the edge distance was way too low. Made a new reinforcement plate from scrap coverplate material (not used because of the capacitive fuel senders).
