Csnk platenut holes in T-407 to receive dimples in in the inboard rib web. Riveted the ring and platenuts to the inboard rib. Drilled the hole in the blank T-408 for fuel line elbow fitting and the holes for the anit-rotation bracket. Fit the filler cap flange to the skin and drilled. Fit the drain flange and drilled. Bent the vent tube (by hand...g e n t l y!) to fit into place. Made 2 T-914 vent line clips and drilled one of them to the left tank.
