Added two 2x4's to the upper corners of the end pieces for the vertical stab and rudder to rest on. Made cradles for the rudder and arranged a bungee cord to hold it to the completly folded-over flap. All contacts cushioned with black pipe insulation foam.
For the vertical stab, made two brackets from Al angle and bolted the rear spar to the outrigger via the rudder mounting brackets. V Stab kept upright with bungee cord as for the rudder.
