Redrilled #30 and re-csnk all FG parts holes to get rid of epoxy squeeze out in them when the Alclad strips were glued in place. Clecoed all FG parts to their emp members. Pop-riveted the Rudder tip and Elevator R and L tips permanently into place w/CS4-4 rivets.

Cut out foam blocks (Michael's white styrofoam) to fill the VS and HS tips' open ends on the band saw. Held the blocks to the ends with blue tape and used the Vixen file to shape it to the outside dimensions, renewing the tape as I went along. Then taped around the perimeter of the shaped block leaving 3/8" exposed foam. Filed the foam down about 1/8" so the block would fit snugly inside FG tip ends.

Mixed up one squirt of epoxy and glued in the foam blocks.

Cut out a small rectangle of 1.45 oz indus cloth. Wet it out with epoxy and covered the Superfil patch and rivets on the LE of the LH elevator. Put some more epoxy on top of that, then laid a strip of dacron peel-ply on top, working it to the surface with my gloved finger.

Mixed up a batch of Superfil and filled the pop-rivets and skin/FG edge joint of the Rudder and Elevator tips.
