Fit VS-909 fiberglass tip to VS, drilled #30, dimpled skin and csk the holes in the FG tip. The #30 csk is now "dull" for Al applications--need to get another one.

Bought some 1/2" PVC pipe and made rod-end bearing screw-in tools. Also bought another Al angle and drilled it to the elevator trailing edges.

Masked off the elevator and rudder trailing edges where AEX wedge will be Pro-sealed. Sanded and scotch-brited the edges and removed the masking tape.

Washed, etched elevator stiffeners and trim tab motor reinforcement, cover, and motor brackets. Dried the parts and primed them with AFS primer/sealer.
