Brief Description:  Trim tab

Sawed an 8/4 piece of poplar at an ~ 11 deg angle on the bandsaw, trued the sawed surfaces on the jointer, to make the bending wedges for the ends of the trim tab. Radiused the edge of the poplar slightly, clamped things up, and bent the tabs.

Outboard edge came out ok--a few shallow creases on the outside tab where the end of the wood stick tapped with the hammer "dug in" to the metal.

On the inboard edge, the radius near the trailing edge of the top tab was a bit large, and the tab bend wound up being off 90 deg.

Structurally, I think its OK. I could smooth over the boo-boos with Bondo and/or build up a vertical edge where I am off vertical later.
