Peeled, sanded overhang on VS tip and peel ply wrinkles on the foam insert. Sanded the cloth strip on the sides, feathering the edge of the cloth to the gel coat surface. Riveted the VS FG tip into place on the VS.
Peeled, sanded overhand on the HS tips. Reinforcement cloth on the inside didn't bond completely at the edge.
Sanded the Superfil in the elevator tips--a little breakthrough on one will require more Superfil.
Peeled and sanded the rudder tip. There was poor adhesion to the unscuffed Al near TE where the 4.5 oz cloth reinforcement went. Need to scuff underneath and re-glue.
Shaped foam tips on ends of trip tab. Need to cover w/ 4.5 oz then 1.45 oz plies.
