I laid out the panel with the DoubleCAD (free!) 2D drawing program, then drilled, cut and filed the openings. Decide a stain-balck panel would look cool. This is a test fit of the Dynon Skyview 10 and 7" screens. I did a lot of panel wiring on the bench after these pics were taken. The idea is to leave enough service loop behind the Dynon screens that they may be removed, which opens a ton of access to EMS and other modules on the sub-panel. (This entry written 7/17/2016. No good estimate of the hours put into designing let alone fabricating the panel!).
