Brief Description:  Right tank: attached to leading edge

The right tank is on now too. Several z-bracket nutplates were out of line. I drilled them out, then tightened up an AN3 bolt in a new nutplate with a loose rivet in one hole to stop rotation. After setting the first rivet, I ran a drill thru the other rivet hole, then set it. With the tank back on, all of the bolts (not oversize) fit just fine.

Now both tanks have all z-bracket bolts (1/64" ovrsz on the left) in and torqued to 30 in-lb. Went a tad higher than spec because I put liquid Boelube on all the bolts' threads.

All of the screws are also in place. I tried torquing the most-inboard, bottom screw on the left tank--bad idea--a crack formed at the bottom of the dimpled hole, going to the aft edge. Since the screw hole itself is a "stop drill" hole, just backed off the torque and will leave it be.

On the right tank, all of the screws were snugged with the lowest torque setting of my Rigid drill-driver. That's plenty with no cracking!!!
