Brief Description:  Right aileron/Lndng-taxi lghts/Ovsz bolts

Pro-seal on TE of right aileron has cured ~1 week, time to rivet it (and the other rib rivets). Completed aileron seen in Image1. When I check for flatness, when the outboard rib is flat on the table, the inboard TE rises a bit, ~ 0.1". Guess I better poll the fora for how much a problem this is going to be...sigh. May wind up building a whole new right aileron from scratch?

Started to install the Duckworks landing lights. Positioned the templates and used a Dremel cutoff wheel to cut the LE skin, the a sanding drum on the Dremel to trim to the line. The cutout edges are a bit "wavy" in places...can always go back and straighten them with a file. For now, I deburred and Scotch-Brite wheeled the edges to smoothness. Also smoothed the edges of the retainer strips for the lenses, and match drilled them to the skin.

Turns out the top edge of the right wing's cutout was 0.4" closer to the TE than was called out in the plans. I'll leave it as is and aim the light a bit higher as a "taxi" light, assuming the lens can be made to fit OK.

The NAS6603-4X bolts for the left tank from GAHCo came this week--$3+ bucks per! Also ordered AN960-10 washers (will need to ream them out to fit the oversize bolts) and floating nutplates...but the nutplates are on backorder.
