Brief Description:  Right aileron / Design left tank repair

Riveted right aileron skins to skeleton, all but last three trailing rib rivets top and bottom. Used doublers on the nose ribs as for the left aileron (to avoid the knife edge in the 0.032 nose ribs when they are machine csk a few thou past flush-rivet depth.

I've located a source of 1st oversize (+1/64) bolts. Pulled off the left tank and took measurements of the holes...looks like I can set the tank in place using the external skin screws to hold it in position, then ream the bolt holes to the oversize dimension, using the spar holes as the guide. I intend to take off the existing z-bracket nutplates when I do this, and put on floating nutplates (so I can--I hope--use the same rivet holes).

Image 1 shows the revised z-bracket design. The shortest grip bolts I could find have a 1/4" grip--1/8 longer than the bolts in Van's design. But two thick washers (in addition to the thin washer called out in the original design) will make these puppies work.
