Sanded and formed the foam in the HS tips. Put1st layer of 4.5 oz cloth on HS tip foam. Laid down two 2" strips of peel ply.
Took off the peel ply from the VS tip. Sanded down the overhang from the 1st cloth layer, and sanded down the "ridges" where the peel ply wrinkles didn't lie flat. Put a second 4.5 oz layer on, covered with peel ply. Also put a layer of 4.5 oz cloth on the inside of the VS tip foam insert with reinforcement strips of cloth to tie it to the insides.
