Match drilled (#40) the trim tab skin to the trim tab spar, and the trim tab horn to the skin. Disassembled and drilled one half of the hinge to to the top trim tab skin. Deburred and dimpled all holes but the top row on the spar, which was machine csk with the same jig used for the HS spars. The holes in the hinge half were just deburred.
Made copies of the templates for the trim tab clamps and foam ribs. Cut them out and glued (3M 77 adhesive spray) the clamp templates to some 1/2" plywood and the rib templates to the foam. Cut everything out on the band saw and sanded to the template lines on the belt sander.
