Continued rib prep. Scotchbriting the edges, laborious filing and hand scotch brite on the little nooks in the flanges.
Yesterday, I got a little bored and decided to make the fixture that will be used to align the ailerons in trail. Made it out of Al angle used for the trailing edge sealing of the empennage.
The two holes in Image1 are matched drilled to the tooling holes in the outboard rib. I'll put bolts through them and used a straight edge to extend two lines tangent to the top and bottom of the bolt shafts. When the ailerons are on the wngs (much later!!!), the TE of the aileron splits these two lines and it's in trail.
