First picture is the middle flap bracket on the right wing. The two close ups of the bushing show how it is flush on one side and proud on the other. I need to make a block with an AN4 thru hole and a 1/64" deep counterbore just bit bigger than the od of the bushing. Use this block as a "washer" on the flush side, with a regular AN4 washer on the proud side, tighten up the nut and bolt, and wallah, the bushing will be equally proud on both sides.
