Brief Description:  Still more right tank work

Bought some hardware store 3/16" pop rivets for the hole in the outboard tank end ribs. (Will install "wet" with sealer when the time comes.)

Cut the edges of the cap plates until 3/16" clearance obtained. (A #12 drill shank makes a great go-nogo gauge!)

Csnk the filler cap ring for both the right and the left tank.

Assembled the fuel pick up tubes to the AN 90 deg elbows for both right and left tanks. Torqued to 75 in-lbs (actually a bit more than that due to the crowfoot wrench), then goosed the least amount for the antirotation bracket to fit. Drilled and deburred the anti-rotation brackets to theie cover plates, then smoothed and polished the edges of these brackets.

Disassembled rest of tank. Deburred and dimpled stiffeners with tank dies. Deburred holes in ribs and dimpled with tank dies. Removed blue plastic along rivet hole lines on the outside of the skin with a soldering iron, deburred the holes. Taped the inside of the skin so palm sander could scuff the skin where sealant will go then sanded. Dimpled the #10 screw holes on the skin.
