Brief Description:  HS #40 dimples and began csking spars

Finished soldering iron peel of the strips from rivet lines of both skins.

Set up the DRDT-2 table with an old quilt to cushion the skins, and dimpled the holes with Karl's help manuevering the skin around.

DRDT-2 "nose" too far forward to dimple the ribs, so used a wooden-jaw clamp to hold the hand squeezer veritically with nose of the yoke extending out past the bench. Worked like a charm to dimple the ribs.

Set up the microstop with 100 deg #40 csk. Used scrap .063 with dimpled #40 holes to set the depth on a scrap piece of thick Al angle. Used the new cordless 12V Rigid drill-driver set on slow speed. Seems to work best (no chatter) a low rpm. A drop of Rapid-Tap cutting oil every five holes or so seems to keep things cutting smoothly.

Used the workbench tail vise to lightly clamp a spar at its ends, leaving the flange overhanging the edge for csking. Finished the rh-front and -rear spars, and hung it up for the night.

The very last csks on the 4 most-outboard holes got a little oversize because the foot of the microstop couldn't bear on flange that wasn't there. May need to drill out holes to -4 size and use "oops" rivets.
