Brief Description:  HS: Hole-ly preparation Batman!

Was able to put the front spar doubler in to rh-HS. Matched drilled #40 skin to rh-HS skeleton and disassembled.

Assembled lh-HS. Noticed that rear spar doubler should be in place too--not mentioned in instructions--so I included it too. Match drilled #40 skin to lh-HS skeleton.

I don't think the rh-HS is screwed up--the inboard rear-most rib flange was just bent upwards and all the other holes would be aligned to the spar with a lot more clecos than the 3 in the flange--so all the holes should line up OK when I re-assemble. We'll see.

Used the vixen file on the edges of the thick spar doubles and spars. Scotch-brite wheel to edges of the doublers smoothed and radiused everything but the inside corners--they still need some work. Also haven't polished the edges of the spars yet, not the edges of the skins.

Deburred all holes except for skin topsides. A quick hit of the button on the B&D 7V power screwdriver spins the 100 deg blunt nose single-edge csk 2 or so times around--plenty to deburr completely.

Began using soldering iron and metal straight-edge to remove plastic on top skins along the riveting lines.
