Brief Description:  Flaps up limit switch

Fabricated a bracket to hold a limit switch in the flaps-up direction. Decided it was a good idea after doing the taxi test with the flap motor running in the up direction the entire time. Can't hear the motor reaching end-of-travel with the engine on!.

The switch is a Honeywell V15T16. The bolt attaching the flap actuator's rod-end bearing to the flap weldment _almost_ engages the switch when the flaps are full up. I'll make a "flag" for the bolt that can be adjusted (i.e., bent) to set the switch actuation point.

The NC and COM terminals will be inserted into the wire carrying positive voltage when the motor moves the flaps up. The COM terminal MUST be on the motor side, while the NC terminal is on the panel side. The NO terminal is connected to local airframe ground. When the switch trips at flaps fully up, the positive motor lead is connected to local ground and all motion will stop. But when flaps down is commanded by the panel switch, current will flow through the motor to local ground briefly as the flaps move down. When the switch deactivates, current flows from the COM to the NC terminal.

I've ordered a 20V TVS to put across the motor leads to snub inductive back-emf.
