Removed the right aileron and decided how to repair the mangled trailing edge. Easiest way was drilling out the rivets from the end ribs and along the spar. The leading edge skin flexed back leaving plenty of room to pull the skins, stiffeners, and AEX wedge off. Drilled out the rivets of a couple of stiffeners--they released alright from the proseal blob applied at the aft end, so they can all be reused. Only need to buy new top and bottom skins and AEX wedge to complete a no-patch, no splice, like new repair. I guess I'll buy the proseal too....
