Brief Description:  More misc jobs from the punch list

-- Added 6-32 nutplates and clips to the passenger seat-back brace to stow the be-spiked joystick. (See image 3 of the 6/9/2018 entry.) Need a placard on the stick calling out the spike. "Emergency canopy open" or something.

-- Rough sanded the micro fill on the wheel pants' seams. Drilled #40 and clecoed IAW plans locations. (Image 1).

-- Flywheel and prop extension were bolted, tightened to 35-45 LB-FT TORQUE SPEC in 4 steps (12, 24, 36, then 40 lb-ft). Alternator belt was tightened, and all alternator mounting bolts (3x 5/16, 1x 7/16) were torqued to spec. The 3 5/16 bolts still need safety wire.

-- Images 2 and 3 quantify the spinner-cowl gaposis. Fairly even 1/4" gap on the bottom cowl--can fix with sanding. Need to take the top cowling down 3/16" at it's narrowest gap (which is too close to run, I think, not just ugly). I'm thinking about slicing off the "ring" and reattaching, preserving the existing rounded edge. Taking the ring down with agressive sanding probably thins thins fiberglass too much. Oh well...besides the main wheel pants, this is the last major piece of glass work to do.
